The Serious Body Builder Diet to Optimize Muscle Build


The muscle builders diet should contain one kilogram of protein for each one kg of body weight. The protein should be made up about thirty percent of the muscle builder's calories intake. The sugars should make up about twenty per cent of the total amount of calories for the average athlete. This is not the ideal ratio for everyone bust it does give a wise decision of what the average bodybuilder should be eating.

Most muscle builders like to begin their day with a huge fried breakfast something along the lines of 10 egg whites, two scrambled yolks mixed with one tablespoon of olive olive oil, two slices of complete wheat toast with a generous spreading of natural peanut butter, one hundred or so grams of oats and one banana and this is all washed down with black coffee and normal water.

Or on the other hand if you think that you are not gaining enough weight you can add to your carbohydrates.
